No one has contacted me except to say they will be issued in July. Last year it was May.

I received a phone call and renewed mine last week. I have court side seats though and pay the extra donation, so perhaps that's why I got a call? I'd been checking online prior to that. At the time the website was taking deposits for new season tickets, but not renewals. Not sure now.

Just paid for mine. I had asked them when we would get a notification. My rep left and I hacen't gotten a new rep yet. but head of affice called me. One thing led to another so I paid for my tickets.

I have a new rep too. She gave me a call and we had a nice chat. Received an email saying renewals began July 14 although based on the above comments you can do it sooner. Looking to move a few rows closer to the Cal bench. For some reason they won't let me sit on the bench though I've offered to pay an extra $10 for the privilege but they'e quite adamant.

My new rep called a few weeks ago to introduce herself and say that renewals would be coming in mid-July, and replied to an email question from me about seating options last week saying that renewals would begin in a couple of weeks, and that she wouldn't know the details for my seating question until renewals began. Then she left a voicemail for me last Wednesday 7/1 stating that WBB renewals had started already, and another VM today 7/7 stating that both MBB and WBB renewals have started. It seems very odd that I still haven't received any email stating that renewals have begun. Is the ATO trying to rely solely on phone calls and text messages now?

One thing from the email exchange that I had with my rep a week or so ago made it sound like the seats behind the north basket at the front of section 9 are going to be sold as Reserved seats this season instead of being General Admission. Does anyone know if that is true?
