So it is not like it hasn't happened before. Connecticut is now like Woodin's teams. They recruit from everywhere and if they want you, they get you.

I get the "LA thing." I agree, but I'm referring to the total package which is sold. If Rodeo Drive applies to Ucla then So Central LA applies to Usc. Jordin Canada is a vital cog for Ucla; she's dynamic, smart and has a lot of charisma. I'll say it again without being too specific, but Cal needs diversity on their team in order to increase the pool in which they can effectively recruit from. I'm not saying more than that, so don't ask! If you don't get it, ask someone else.

The Nigerian looks like a tall, athletic, strong and skilled post. She goes after every rebound, runs the floor, goes straight to the hoop when she gets the ball in the paint and defends with purpose. Steding could do a lot with such talent. Cal's academics could give the bears a chance, but there are a lot of top schools chasing her.

Are you referring a different Nigerian than the one who CalFanatic says commited to Northwestern?
