So, Pac 12 on Dish has its broadcast starting an hour late. Aargh. To the laptop I go!

That intentional foul in Brown? Don't agree. But Bears are losing contact. 58-43.

Final 76-63. Bears kept it interesting through first half, but the first five minutes of second half were key as Beavers found open shot after open shot and kept exploiting those spots through the half.
In the last 3 games Cailyn has scored 26, 15, and 17. Good to see her finding the range!ncbears said:
Happy to see Crocker continue her scoring ways.
OSU's Washington made 4 in a row when nobody stepped out to defend the 15-footer. Late in the game we tried a zone, the results were a little different but not better. We also tried playing Jaelyn and four guards but that didn't work either. I'd like to have seen more of Evelien, she always plays hard on defense. FWIW the stats show we had only 9 turnovers but it looked like OSU turned a lot of those into easy baskets.HoopDreams said:
Osu kept shooting from mid range, and unfortunately kept hitting from mid rangencbears said:

At the chalk talk, Shannon Gholar, Director Of Operations, said they didn't know yet about Mi'Cole's plans for next year. If she applied and got accepted into a Cal grad program, she would have at least one more year to play here. Mi'Cole's comment, "and the journey continues", at the Senior Celebration was also interesting.stu said:In the last 3 games Cailyn has scored 26, 15, and 17. And at the postgame senior sendoff we learned (from Cailyn) that she's a bit of a neat freak and Jaelyn doesn't have the tidiest locker. It also looks like Mi'Cole won't be coming back, that's a big loss.
well, that at least gives a little hopeSFCALBear72 said:At the chalk talk, Shannon Gholar, Director Of Operations, said they didn't know yet about Mi'Cole's plans for next year. There were so many heartfelt moments during the tribute to the seniors. MiCole, Sara, and Chen have sat out seasons due to injuries and surgeries. They were emotional when they spoke about their experience at Cal. They all had prepared statements. C.J. and Jaelyn blew off the preparation, and just spoke at will. The younger players who spoke about the seniors were well spoken and delivered emotional, and sometimes amusing tributes. The videos of the players set to music were excellent, and fun to watch. Charmin is a natural speaker, poised, poignant and keeps your attention. After pausing during her time to speak due to emotions and tears, Sara ended with, "let me hear GO BEARS one more time"........that said it all. Her parents were in attendance on Friday and for today's game. It was a wonderful last home game of the season afternoon at Haas. It is such an accomplishment for each one these student/athletes to earn a degree from Cal while playing on the basketball team.
