Ranked #52 in the 2027 class. Steve Singleton continues his prolific recruiting for 2027.

Most of her HRs were pure line-drives. With two more years to go, Morgan should be even stronger when she arrives in Berkeley. GO BEARS!

Carlson's stats are nuts, especially for a soph last season.
What's even more impressive is she hit .378 this summer for Lady Magic with only five strikeouts in 35 total games.
High school ball is one thing, but putting up numbers like that in travel ball is a whole different beast.

Why is she trotting down first base after the slap in the first clip?
Second clip, she is agian trotting watching her ball in flight? WTH
Same in third clip. She likes to watch her ball instead of sprinting. sigh
In the fifth clip, it becomes a bang bang play. That close from this angle, could have been called out. Why? Whe watched the ball instead of sprinting down first after the bunt. It's not her job to see if it is foul or a bunt. Her job becomes a spinter to get to first irrespective of foul. It's the first base coach's job to letting her know as she is sprinting. As a slapper, her sole job is to get on base at the top of the lineup. She is senior, this is really rudimentary.
I'm not watching anymore. Having done Malia Rick's game, the sprinting, hitting, smart base running and the speed, I will take Malia any day over Carlson.
Don't come for me, it is just my opinion doing top level high school games.

I would not place any weight on BA as they are done by parents who may or may not know the difference between an error and a legit hit.

Good thing she's a 16-year-old with plenty of room to grow -you can push her to hustle harder and elevate her game. She's also not a senior. She's a 2027.
I'll take both of these young women. They're top-100 recruits, loaded with accolades at this level, play for great travel programs and they want to play at Cal. Crazy how simple that is to understand.

cal fanatic, has it ever occurred to you that maybe telesco wuz tired of working for a mentally unstable bully who alienated players, their families and other coaches which resulted in the cal softball program totally blowing up is a direct reflection of the poor evaluation/decision making by worthless current co athletic director ****tard jennifer simon-o'neil who enabled and failed to protect the suicidal women's swimmer from another bully, jenny apparently didn't learn anything from that abuse & is continuing her career marked by literally failure after failure while working against the cal football & men's basketball programs
she's really just a bad human being who is both arrogant and a worthless bureaucrat, hopefully the chancellor will throw the trash out soon
