Here we ago again. There's a measles outbreak so therefore what?
First, if you are so concerned about measles, go get the shot for you and yours. Knock yourself out; MAHA isn't stopping you. Choice and transparency. You're against this? If public health is your concern, what does it say about your trusted health authorities who have overseen an explosion in chronic disease in America on top of the highest healthcare costs in the world? MAHA is actually doing something about it.
Second, why is it that these articles about measles never tell you that the there are breakthrough and vaccine-induced cases of measles? The outbreak in Samoa a few years ago was almost certainly vaccine-induced.
Third, look up vaccine rates from the 1980s. Much lower than even today. Was there a measles hysteria then? Look at death rates and hospitalizations from the last hundred years. Sorry, vaccines can't claim credit for the big drop contrary to all the propaganda.
Fourth, where is the risk-benefit for any of the vaccines? There isn't any. Your vaccine advocates assume both the efficacy and the safety and demand that public take their word for it. That isn't science. And btw, did you know that there are numerous benefits from having a measles infection? Really. The immune system is a heckuva lot more complicated than the experts make it out to be. I'm not saying measles prevention is a bad thing or that all vaccines should be banned, but the level of discourse on vaccines pathetically shallow and this is intentional. How about some common sense?
