Apparently spending on K-12 education is about 40% higher per child than the average for industrialized countries, but the delta is much higher for healthcare, about 100% more per capita than France, Belgium, Sweden, Australia, Canada etc.

I stand corrected, looks like he was very big in Germany and the international boxing circuit earning well over 100 million euros from his boxing career alone. He came out from the Ukrainian underground before his boxing career and apparently stayed there afterwards...
