Your sources of information on the Ukraine war are wildly wrong textbook examples of wartime propaganda, like the last one you've posted whose central claim was that Russian hypersonic missiles are easily brought down by Patriot missiles. Ukraine only has a handful of Patriot systems left, and in the last salvo on Kiev, the Russian blew up a Patriot battery and landed almost all of their missile targets. There is no evidence whatsoever that the Ukrainians have been able to stop even the older Russian missiles like the Kinzhals.

The Russians were certainly embarrassed, it was a big PR win for Ukraine at a time when even in the West it was becoming increasingly clear that the outcome of this war of attrition was more or less already decided.

It was also a huge military win, though not nearly as massive or crippling as Ukraine claimed, about 13 Russian planes were destroyed or damaged, not 40, based on the drone and satellite footage released to date.

The Russians and Chinese can spot but not accurately locate stealth planes. They are however able to track stealth planes by triangulating the signals from 2 or more low-frequency radars, as explained here:

The Russians put forth a peace offer in Istanbul 2 months into the war, where they offered to pull out from the Donbas in exchange for these two provinces getting more autonomy along the British or Canadian model, which Ukraine came very close to accepting. The U.S. has been the aggressor in this conflict since we declared our intention to bring Ukraine & Georgia into NATO at the 2008 NATO Summit in Bucharest. And the U.S. has declared our intention to *defeat* USSR / Russia, militarily, since the collapse of the Soviet Union, and, arguably, since the end of WW2.

It's the U.S. & its collaborators who keep blowing up peace negotiations, and insisting on continuing the Ukraine war, long after Ukraine's defeat on the battlefield.
