After conquering the Donbass, the Ukrainian army was going to invade Russian territory, with the intention of getting Russia bogged down in an expensive conflict.
By the way, I think this is also completely insane, basically taking Putin's most paranoid fears as gospel truth. Ukraine was not going to invade Russia, come on now.
There are also no U.S. funded bioweapons labs in Ukraine and NATO and its allies didn't blow up the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
Didn't they catch a small team of Ukrainians who attacked Nord Stream? I mean, I guess that would technically be US allies but it doesn't look like a coordinated effort.
Also, correct that there were no bioweapons labs. There were bio-research labs, which may be what you're confused about.
All of the stuff you are claiming is pretty much you 100% swallowing the Russian government's narrative on each of these topics, by the way. And yet people complain about me sharing propaganda!
It appears this way because the Russian government is telling the truth.
BWAAA-HA-HA-HAAAAAAA. Funniest thing I've ever read on this board.
The existence of biolabs in Ukraine was confirmed by Rubio in a deposition with Victoria Nuland. She stated the U.S. was concerned that advancing Russian forces might try to gain control of those research materials, and that the U.S. was working with Ukrainians to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands, which confirms that the research conducted there was of a sensitive nature.
Yes, bio-research labs. Many of your favorite conspiracy theorists have twisted this into thinking that these labs were bio-weapons labs, which is not confirmed.
If those were "normal" bio research labs, Nuland wouldn't have expressed being worried about that research "falling into the wrong hands".
Marco Rubio: Does Ukraine 🇺🇦 have chemical or biological weapons?

Victoria Nuland: Uh… Ukraine has biological research facilities which we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of.pic.twitter.com/4z4EB40AMq
So she said what I said she said and you are inferring a lot more than what was actually said. Thanks.
She didn't, and you know it. If she was concerned with the research falling into Russian military hands, that research had military applications.
If those labs weren't bioweapons lab, Nuland would have simply answered "no" to Rubio's question about whether Ukraine had biological and chemical weapons. The reason she didn't is because she is under oath, she had to at least tell a partial truth.
You think this because it confirms your prior assumptions. There's no actual evidence of it.
Also, even if it was true, so what? The US and Ukraine partnering on military weapons research doesn't justify starting a war.
We've started a war on Iraq for that very pretext.
Correct, and in Iran recently too. Both of those were bad decisions and Russia's war in Ukraine is also bad.
The difference here is that Ukraine is right at Russia's border, had the largest standing army in Europe and is heavily armed, trained and financed by NATO whose designated enemy is Russia.
Yes, and all of this military build-up only happened because Russia annexed Crimea and Ukraine figured they needed to arm themselves to the teeth as a way of discouraging further invasion. Can't say they were wrong about that.
You will never acknowledge that Crimeans overwhelmingly wanted to join Russia, because they are ethnically Russian, and the Kiev govt represses its large Russian minority, and the post-Maidan govt in Kiev went as far as cutting off Crimea's water out of sheer spite, throwing it in the Black Sea.
There was a dispute between Crimea and Kyiv regarding autonomy, Sevastopol, the abolition of the office of Crimean President, NATO... Yanukovych... are you too stupid to grasp that? An overwhelming majority wanted nothing more to do with Kyiv. pic.twitter.com/L25A5mkOR5

Remember the NBC News interview in Crimea asking people whether Crimea was Russian or Ukrainian? Zelensky and the entire Ukrainian military should watch this interview before even thinking of setting foot in Crimea.
