That Ashley St. Claire is dumb. Trump has already been found guilty in that case. The trial is to establish damages. It is a civil trial and not a criminal trial. She obviously doesn't know what is going on.

I suspect Ken Block will end up testifying against Trump in at least one of the election interference cases and that he is likely to be more credible than anyone testifying on behalf of Trump.

Trump's defense is basically non-existent and it will be hilarious to see what his lawyers even try to submit as evidence in his favor. I suspect they won't even attempt to make any case that his actions were genuine and that any fraud occurred and will instead only make the legal argument that he can't be prosecuted due to immunity.
