The vast majority of judges don't even hear the evidence. Lacks standing, other legal nuances to prohibit sunlight. George Soros DAs, then local election officials hiding / destroying evidence.
The True the Vote leaders who produced the documentary 2000 Mules, which showed rampant voter fraud by Democrats on film breaking numerous laws - were jailed for not revealing the name of one whistleblower, and now may be sued for defamation.
And they're labeled conspiracy theorists by the paid for MSM.
P.S. Fraudsters have now been instructed not to use their cell phones in 2024, as that was how True the Vote tracked illegal election activity, which was also caught on security cameras.
"The vast majority of judges don't even hear the evidence."Please show us the trial transcripts from the 60+ Trump 2020 campaign cases that show a judge "not hearing" evidence.
There are plenty of times when the judges had to school the Trump team on the Rules of Evidence (like reminding them that Affidavits are NOT evidence), but you'll have to be more specific. For most of the trials, all the Trump team had was what they still have -- nothing but anecdotal reports, 2nd-hand rumors, and heresay.
All of the trial transcripts are available to the public, so please -- show us where all these judges "refused to hear" admissible or potentially admissible evidence.
We'll wait.
The guy who was filmed putting multiple ballots into a dropoff box -- allegedly "ballot stuffing" -- was, in fact, submitting the ballots for his immediate family. This is perfectly legal. That's why the guy's face is blurred in the video -- so the "2000 Mules" producers wouldn't get sued (yet again) for defamation.
So -- of all the alleged voter fraud & other "crimes" shown in "2000 Mules," how are those prosecutions going?
You'll have to get used to the fact that very few people are stupid enough to risk a $50,000 fine & up to 5 years in prison just to add a couple votes to their candidate's total. The few who
are that stupid are usually Republicans.
The algorithm & cell phone data that was used in "2000 Mules" was a joke. The location data wasn't anywhere near accurate enough to convict anyone because they couldn't conclusively exclude anyone. They just assumed that if one of their suspects got within 40 yds of a dropbox, then they
must've been guilty. That's not gonna fly in any court.
The ballot-stuffing laws that were adopted in mostly red states are a joke. You
do know that once mail-in ballots are either mailed or put in a drop box, they're all
authenticated to make sure that they were submitted by the registered voter to whom they were mailed. The signature has to match the signature in the poll book.
As I've said before, it's very likely that Trump LOST Georgia because he tried to make mail-in voting so much more difficult. There are plenty of old Republicans who don't drive who probably wanted to vote for Trump, but didn't want to risk going to a polling place (due to Covid), or couldn't get their ballot to one of the very few drop boxes themselves.
IF what's shown in "2000 Mules" was
evidence, we'd have prosecutions and convictions.
