As I posted, the Trump Administration doesn't even seem to be denying it so I think it's true.

The other video was too grainy and could be compared against other videos with better clarity from different angles. That's why I'm skeptical the ICE guy was hit by the mom he shot. This is one video that is grainy (not as grainy as the other one) but looks pretty clear to me, and the Administration's response seems to back up the interpretation.
