This is hilarious to me. Those that repeatedly call Trump a Nazi and a racist can't even admonish one of your own for using a racist term on these boards. Even after I call you out for it once, you still post other stuff and avoid saying anything about it. Yall are the biggest hypocrites I've ever seen.

Two of you even starred it.

So basically exactly what I and others on the right have said here. It sucks they both happened, we wish they hadn't happened, and both were in part caused by the actions of Good and Pretti.

Many of yall view us and Trump as monsters. We aren't but I know that doesn't fit your silly narratives.

From what I recall, there were Trump supporters here that said that Pretti asked for "trouble" because he came to a protest with a loaded gun and interfered with police. Trump and his FBI Director also said that "you cant have guns. You can't walk in with guns, you just can't ..."

Seems like some revisionist history and backpedaling going on.

You're playing with fire to be a likely paid agitator, emotionally combative, possibly even be a dark triad personality, and bring a gun where you then physically confront police officers while bedlam occurs in the streets.

P.S. I don't see many brothas there.

I didn't say all on here, I said myself and others on the right.

He did ask for trouble by his actions, having a gun on him exacerbated that trouble. Still doesn't mean he should have been killed, as myself and others on the right have said multiple times on these boards.

Reminds me of when an emotionally deranged young man ran by police officers in Walnut Creek a few years ago with a 5' long steel 30# pry bar. They shouted "Stop", they fired rubber bullets, and then they shot him. He died. If they let him go, and he turns the corner and kills Granny, that's no good. Tazers? I dunno, I wonder in the olden days if an ex Golden Gloves boxer would just deck them. WC Police sued, multi-million-dollar Verdict for the family.

I've not said anything because smh is an older gentleman who has been upfront about having some mental decline. I didn't want to bring up something that may cause smh some pain and something that we're all likely to experience eventually, but I'll speak up because you continue to badger an old man.

Did he say something dumb and regrettable? Yes. I do think he may not have fully understood what he was saying. About a quarter of the time, I don't understand his point, though that may say something about me. He did go back and try to change it later. Do I think he's a racist? No. He doesn't have a history of saying things like that.

On the other hand, Trump has a long history of ugly statements and he's proclaimed loudly that he consistently aces mental acuity tests.

Bingo.

Trump and his followers double-standards are well documented here when it comes to racism.
Smh doesn't even come close to that pattern of hypocrisy.

It's absurd to even make such a claim.
Doing so does nothing more than conflate and gaslight.

It also seemed to me that smh was intending to use the term in an ironic fashion, applying it to people that the slur does not usually apply to as a way of making a point. I hope we can all understand context here.

Actually he probably means that the Minnesota ICE protests are a more ground-level, bottom-up thing while the No Kings events are a bit more top-down (not directed by a national organization exactly, but more coordinated).

The No Kings protests are very organic. I mean, some organization I can't even name picks the dates but otherwise it's all word of mouth local support. Maybe anarchistbear thinks people shouldn't protest peacefully in communities that are not under attack to support the communities that are under attack - which doesn't make any sense from a movement standpoint. He's not an anarchist. He's just an edgelord.

I mean the thing is that Indivisible does coordinate No Kings and sets the dates and all that, but Indivisible was also set up as a whole bunch of independent local organizations who read the Indivisible handbook and decided to start their own organizations for local political activism under that banner. So it's kind of a national organization but not really, more like a very loose confederation (if even that).
