The main way you can get a bird flu pandemic is through gain of function research conferring to the virus the capacity to jump from birds to humans. the current form of bird flu is relatively benign to humans.

I fully expect RFK Jr to shut down such research and spare humanity of another lab-made disaster like covid-19, which was spawned by the gain of function research conducted at institutions such as UNC, Bethesda and Wuhan.

Maybe it's just me, but if I have a lengthy list of hard to pronounce words in a presentation, I'm going to spend time going over it so I don't flub every single one. That said, it's a common list of ingredients. I know how to pronounce them and I have no special knowledge of nutrition or food science. A self proclaimed nutrition expert like RFK Jr. should be ashamed of himself. Maybe his brain worm and years of drug abuse are taking their toll.

He spent less time on that than a MAGA trying to pronounce a work colleague's foreign name or even remembering the name at all.

The limit is usually more like 200 colonies/100ml.

Do you know what the bacterial count of that creek is? I would guess a lot lower in May than mid or late Summer, the water temperature is likely in the 50s.

These kids could use time and activities outdoors, vitamin D and exercise.
