It is the same sort of deal. You have groups of people gathered outside of known locations. Usually Home Depots or Lowes, sometimes convenience stores. Usually very early in the morning to coincide with the start of a work day. They approach / are approach by contractors, then leave with the contractors. That's enough probable cause for me to justify a sweep.
