Ah, ok. Well, if country music is your genre of choice can you share some songs you like? You could just name artist and song, no need for links.

How about 1/4, as in Johnny is the only GOP Ramone out of 4. He loved Nixon. I think it's due to brain damage and sniffing too much glue. This is my favorite Ramones song. Joey has a great voice, and it rises above irony. And BTW, internal tensions were a big part of the Ramones if you know the story about the love triangle between Joey, Johnny and Linda Ramone.

I know Nixon made Elvis an honorary DEA agent but I don't know that he was a Republican. He just liked badges and guns. He was also kin to Jimmy Carter and supposedly close. I doubt he'd waste much time on electoral politics.

I also doubt that Elvis wasted much time on electorall politics, but that wasn't the question. The question was about musicians who are/were Republicans, and Elvis was a Republican.

Taylor Swift sounds like an anti-Republican to me. (I mean, she supported an anti-Republican march.)

Of course, people, particularly young stars change as they grow up and see the world.











Also, I can't imagine Taylor Swift supporting a Republican party that staunchly supports somebody who brags about groping women.
