The Michigan primary is over and once again, Traitor Trump has underperformed his polling. Most recent poll had him at about 76% though he only received 68%. So far, Traitor Trump has performed worse than polling suggests in every primary. Biden polled at 77% and received 81% of the vote.
But Yogi thinks that metric is unimportant. For South Carolina he brought forward two separate metrics.
Votes vs. last primary. Trump went up from 640k votes to 755k votes. Biden went down from 840k votes to 617k votes. Yogi's methodology does not factor in whether a primary is uncontested or contested so I won't get into a discussion about whether or not more voters come out in a contested primary (of course, they do). In 2012, Obama received 174k votes. So Biden is about 3.5x more popular than Obama was in 2012 - if you agree with Yogi's methodology.
Yogi's 2nd methodology is to count Trump vs. Non-Trump votes. He used this to make a convincing argument that Traitor Trump will win South Carolina in the general election. No argument from me, the data in South Carolina speaks for itself:
