There was no election fraud.
Ok, yes, there was election fraud but it was Republicans.
Ok, yes, Democrats committed election fraud but it wasn't enough to tip the election.
Ok, but why are we talking about something that happened so long ago?

I can't ever recall the behavior the new radical Democrats have undertaken with Democrat Lawfare and other moves.

- President Obama stays in DC to undermine President Trump
- Democrats unleash lawsuits against attorneys Sidney Powell, and John Esstman, who were fighting election corruption
- Fedsurrection on J6
- Obama transitioned thousands of Federal political positions to full-time career positions
- now, Blue states refusing to turn over basic election and welfare information

The Dems/Deep State and media are front-running what's eventually going to be exposed.

Nancy Pelosi called it the "wrap up smear."

Put out fake news about his drinking.

Then attack him relentlessly before he has a chance to say something.

Did any significant number of the 350,000 dead people vote? If not, then it's another nothing burger.

I would take over FoxNews, tell everyone to go home, bringing in a lineup of trucking companies, move everything to Yucca Mountain, and then implode the HQ building.

Has anybody ever heard of a family removing a deceased love one from the voter rolls? Flood the zone with bull*****

Quote:

Q: When a person dies, how are they removed from voter roles?

A: A person is removed from U.S. voter rolls through a mix of automatic government processes and local electionoffice procedures, but it's not instantaneous. It depends on the state, because voterroll maintenance is handled at the state + county level, not federally.

Here's the clean, accurate breakdown.

1. How Election Offices Learn Someone Has Died

Election officials don't guess, they rely on official death records.

Sources typically include:

State vital records offices (death certificates)
Social Security Administration's "Death Master File"
Interstate data-sharing systems (e.g., ERIC, where used)
Local funeral homes (in some states)
Family notifications (varies by jurisdiction)

Once a death is recorded in a state's vitalrecords system, that information is periodically sent to county election officials.

2. What Election Officials Do With That Information

The process is administrative and methodical:

1. Match the death record to a voter registration (name, DOB, address).
2. If the match is strong, the voter is flagged as deceased.
3. The registration is canceled.
4. The voter is removed from the active voter list.

Some states require a waiting period or a second confirmation, but most remove the voter as soon as the death is verified.

3. How Long It Takes

It varies:

Some states update weekly.
Others update monthly or quarterly.
A few rural counties update only when they receive batches of records.

Most removals happen within 3090 days of the death certificate being filed.

4. Safeguards Against Mistakes

Because false removals are serious, states use:

Multifield matching (name + DOB + SSN last 4)
Manual review for ambiguous cases
Notification letters if the match is uncertain
Publicly auditable voterlist maintenance logs (in many states)

5. Why This Matters

Accurate voter rolls:

Reduce returned mail
Improve pollingplace planning
Reduce administrative costs
Maintain election integrity

But they do not affect whether someone can vote a deceased person cannot cast a ballot, and modern systems reject ballots without valid signatures or ID matches.

I am shocked to discover that a DailyWire reporter thinks the Patel story is BS.

Now it might actually be BS. Nobody is on the record, which is one of the methods they use to sell bull**** like Russiagate where nothing goes on the record and it turns out everything was fabricated.

Reuters isn't going to be able to verify an Atlantic reporter's anonymous sources because they're anonymous.

And therefore they are worth nothing. Anonymous sources, without evidence to back it up, is useless fodder.

It's not completely useless, but it should definitely set off people's bull**** detector. Sometimes you have to use anonymous sourcing on stuff. But it's the default move in the standard Washington smear article.

Say what you want about the Swalwell accusers, but their identities are known.

Agreed with all and fair point that it's not entirely useless as it can give you direction but it should never be allowed to be the basis of a claim.
