I watched the TPUSA halftime show and thought Gabby and Lee were fantastic. I didn't watch the Super Bowl, didn't really care for either team and the game itself has been so watered down that it's just not that interesting to me anymore. I think the NFL should probably fire their commissioner, he's went down the total woke tracks with no breaks and its turned off a lot of viewers. You'll likely see it in the overall numbers in the days ahead.

I guess it depends on your definition of vulgar. The twerking and grinding could definitely be viewed as vulgar for younger kids. That being said, I'd agree with you

Also if you speak Spanish, some of those lyrics are definitely vulgar

I think the NFL is going to pay a price for doing this because the cultural significance of the super bowl is like the one thing Americans have and the NFL leadership thought stealing that from them was a smart idea, we'll see. It could be like when MLB went on strike in the 90s and never really recovered. Just think of the entertainers that appealed to the american audience, Whitney Houston, Prince, Mick Jagger, Stapleton and some other country artists. The majority of the audience had no idea what was being said or even what it was about. The cultural significance of this will be less than it could have been if you just had Pitbull and mixed it up with spanish and english.

How do you think Barca/Madrid match goes down when during halftime, a country music singer comes on singing english and taunts the audience with political messaging? Spain would burn down.

That's not European soccer but UEFA has been eyeing ways to do this for years. Currently hold pre match concerts instead of halftime

He is the most streamed artist in the world, likely the most popular act in the world. The NFL knows what they are doing- you arent the target audience. I enjoyed the hell of it- it was like watching a 15 minute musical, brilliantly mounted

He also just won the Grammy for Album of the Year! Look, I don't know much about Bad Bunny either but I'm not going to try to claim this is because he "doesn't appeal" to an American audience. Clearly he's popular.
