Thanks, I guess. I deliberately don't take too many strong stances. I don't enjoy arguing and don't have the patience for writing long posts that will get dismissed out of hand. I admire those who do have the patience. So, I mostly throw out a sentence or two when I think someone has gone off the rails. Occasionally I write something longer that involves a little research, but how it's received usually confirms my expectations.

Let's hope that's true, but we still can't know. Perhaps they are carrying the virus but either have no symptoms or symptoms are mild enough to where they did not seek medical care/testing. Aubrey Huff is right, even though I am a proponent of mask wearing.

The burden is on those who are bothered by non mask wearers. Businesses can do whatever and you must comply. You must comply if government requires you to wear one in a public building. But people who don't want to wear one need not give two sh*ts about others who don't approve. Huff is right -- nobody is stopping you from being as concerned about the virus as you want. You take the precautions you deem necessary. And if that's staying home because other people outside aren't wearing one, tough sh*t.
