During her Confirmation Hearing a few of the questions I would ask:

1. Did you believe it was an acceptable risk to participate in the Rose Garden ceremony and reception thereafter that was primarily maskless and where social distancing was not observed? Yes or no, please;

2. Do you have any expertise in contagious diseases?

3. On what did you base your belief that it was a reasonable risk to attend the Rose Garden ceremony and reception?

4. Are we to assume that you will exercise good judgment as a Justice on the SCOTUS?

5. On what facts should we base that assumption?
