Like Rod's points about why we should be improved. The loss of Daws and addition of 2 big men that can move and defend will give us more versatility. He briefly mentions culture too and that he "heard some things" about Askew. This year's team seems to be filled with good teammates. Rod knows his hoops and he's expecting a top 6 finish!

I am a little curious about Askew's effect on chemistry last year. He was out for a lot of the season with injury. Did he screw with locker room chemistry even while sitting out?

philbert, rod is repeating shocky's report that askew smoked dope before a game last season in addition to just being a bad teammate (on a team with a lotta bad attitudes, the least likable team in the history of cal athletics) but to his credit devin did earn a berkeley degree before moving on to long beach state this season
