there are 6 still uncommitted prospects that took official visits to berkeley this summer, part of the FUN of recruiting are the twists & turns but the monster don't expect xavier uxponu (lsu lean), nate shepard (4.2 gpa), dilan battle (smu lean) or stevie amar (3.0 gpa) to sign with us this cycle but u never know for sure with 17 year old teenagers & their decision making process

the most promising recruiting battle will be announced on august 1 (his b-day) when coveted edge defender nusi tamoepeau will decide between byu (will the school's strict student honor code be a factor?) vs cal with utah, stanford & oklahoma state also in play (that's a pretty eclectic collection of finalists)

Nusi Taumoepeau has a terrific tape. Not sure if he stays an edge/OLB for college or moves to ILB, but he makes plays all over the field and displays excellent closing speed and an edge you love. I like his tape much better than the kid that chose UCLA but he does not have the same sort of frame for growth.

Nusi looks like a play maker much like Uluave. Would love him to join the program.

Assuming that unfortunately this doesn't mean she's going anywhere. Although I was hoping it was signaling a future transition.
