Ifanse is making a case that he's our best offensive player. I kid. But i think both Ott and Ifanse will play on Sundaysblungld said:
So we found a QB but lost our best defensive player, best offensive player, and a vital OL. This is Cal football.

Wilcox is a colossal POS who should have resigned years ago. I'll bet my life that he doesn't have a Power 5 head coaching gig again. He needs to be gone ASAP.

To keep going for it & converting on 4th.

Very weird. Not cheering Mendo on?KenBurnski said:
It's just weird to me that Sam is totally MIA in any of the sideline shots. Did anyone see him?

I liked it since it got Mendoza another rep. The game is over. But our RS QB can use all the reps he can get to help him prepare for the next game.

Lost in all of this is that we've played Oregon State annually for decades and this may be the last time these teams meet for years. The Beavs and Cougs did nothing to deserve being left without a conference next year.

All respect to Justin and Paws on the radio broadcast, but Cal was never gonna win this. And yes, I try.

Maybe the coaching staff learned from the UW game when they did not let Jackson and the Jet score at the end?
This is a bowl team in the ACC right now. Half that conference would be at the bottom of the P12.westcoast101 said:
A change has to be made before the ACC. Get Wilcox out of Berkeley ASAP.

A Wilcox led Defense gives up 5 TD's and 52 points at home.

If that's the case, then I'm glad to see they can learn from instead of repeating the same mistakes.
At least today's game proved we no longer have a QB issue. The clear starter is Nando. Perhaps Jackson will go to WR or transfer out. tbd. BTW, I never saw Jackson on the sideline, did you?calumnus said:01Bear said:calumnus said:01Bear said:hehatenate said:

People argued it doesn't matter but at least they did the right thing for Mendoza and the team this week.
ACC isn't that bad. Duke and UNC are ranked, GT just beat Miami and Louisville just beat Notre Dame.Cal88 said:This is a bowl team in the ACC right now. Half that conference would be at the bottom of the P12.westcoast101 said:
