You can put your hand on a WR's hips as long as the contact doesn't interfere with the WR's movement. That was complete bull. Can't enjoy a win when complete ref bias takes away a 100 yard interception return for a TD and causes a 14 point swing. Just another reminder that college football is crap overall.

Do you seriously want officials making judgement calls? It was PI. It sucks, it didn't affect the play. It was never going to be caught. I hate that ***** It was still PI.
