They had no faith in this thing and despite their lack of success elsewhere their concerns were warrantedwestcoastdude said:

lack of offensive talent finally got exposed - general chances of actually being good don't really change with this outcome - if you keep JKS we have a chance if not more or the same or worse probably

If we fire our coach I believe the portal opens up and all this can go away.....
The players who transfer out would have to sit for the rest of the year, though.
And against a bad team without any significant injuriesblungld said:

The biggest game on cals schedule ever since Oregon state was whether or not we can keep the first major offensive talent we've had in the program since Jared. Going 9-3 or 8-4 against a soft schedule doesn't change the program, keeping 3 so you can actually get him some help with actual playmakers in 2026 could
If you mean the 2011 loss yeah the whole team was flat that game and it was bad but tonight, Florida State last year, 2022 Colorado and 2021 Arizona were all much worse than that, and happened under the same coachcalgldnbear said:
To me, the worse loss at ucla under Tedford was the most awful (also because I went to that game)
This one now takes the cake (glad I didn't make the effort to go)
Just unbelievable really …

We are not Florida that can ride it out the rest of the year and then have top candidates to select from, we are fighting for our lives and need to make changes now or JKS and others will be looking elsewherephilly1121 said:
I don't know what Rivera does or what he even would do but, Wilcox likely finishes the season out and then Harsin takes over. It is written.in.the.stars.

I'd love to see/hear the press conference on this game.
I was about to say San Diego State will maybe get to 4-5 wins in the Mountain West and they beat us by 5 scoresslider643 said:
Not mediocre. SDSU got reamed by Wazzou.

I honestly think this is the worst, most lopsided loss against a mediocre opponent in the entire Wilcox era. And that's saying a lot...

WR and RB talent is lacking. This will be another 6-6 season. Time for Wilcox to go.

Has nothing to do with MAGA. They're just horrible coaches regardless of their political persuasion.
