True, but Michalczek believes he's OC material and has been trying to get an OC job for the last 5-6 years. If Tedford wanted to bring him back he had to allow Michalczek to be at least assistant OC.

Personally, I think the multi-headed monster we have with multiple assistant coordinators, a passing offense coordinator, an assistant head coach, etc. is a huge part of why Cal has been slowly getting worse.

Another horrible snap. I'm tired of 3rd and 20 From our own 10. Now we will play to run out the clock, rather than trying to get a stop and a score.

I totally agree. To me it just draws attention away from the reality that Tedford needs to be held accountable. HE needs to go. I don't see any coherent vision in the coaching of this team.
