THe ILBs for Cal look bad so far. They need to stop the runs up the middle.

We so miss Kendricks and Holt.

We don't have experienced LBs. The ILBs are getting pushed out of hte way and then Mccain and Scarlett start cheating toward the middle of the field to help. It ends up taking them out of the play if it goes wide like that run by Silas Reed did.

We might be looking at a very long game unless Pendergast can come up with some good adjustments.

It would help if our offense doesn't go 3 and out on the next possession.

I agree. I think you are right one it.

No worries about three and out - we just threw a pick instead.

can't afford it, but after watching the first 2 offensive series I'd say expect that Cal will rarely see less than 3rd and 6 and will go three and out on 75 to 80% of their possessions. Once again Cal came in with a horrible offensive game plan.

It's another of those stupid "line up and look at the sideline for 20 sconds play". personally I wish there was a way to block vision from the field to the sideline so that we didn't see that anymore.

I love the no huddle against a team that has depth issues. But we've got to stop with the looks to the sideline that last 10 seconds.
