How does defense get a pass? How many yards has SC racked up in rushing? They are running all over us. The inside is soft.

Ha! Fair enough. I guess that in the big scheme of things, I'm much more distressed by the offense. Given our offensive performance, I'm impressed that we only gave up 17 points, but you aren't wrong.

I never said it was. This is a team game. But since we're down, I suppose it makes no sense to give him any carries. I just thought that perhaps he'd get more than one carry.

So...we put Bigelow in the game, start using him regularly, start establishing a running game and we march down the field...only to take Bigelow out and start throwing. WTF? If something works stick with it until the other team stops you. Ugh.

A field goal does us absolutely no good. We can't trade field goals for TDs. If Cal is going to come back they need a TD on the next possessoin.

It's only an 11 point game, but I can't see the D stopping USC ever time and us getting 4 more good field goals.

Yeah. They gave up 2 TDs due to their incompetence, maybe 3. The score could be a lot worse.

I feel like our defense has a better match up on talent. Their DL is just having their way with our OL.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

I understand that he might not be the pass-blocker Isi is, but the threat of him running slows down the pass rush. Seems about a wash to me. Not to mention that you can actually consider running him.
