The crazy thing is they are just running straight at us and we can't even touch them. Its not like they are running some mis-direction who has the ball stuff.

Fun Fact. Sonny has the WORST defense the year before he arrived at Cal at L-Tech. This is on Art, but it is 100% on Dykes. Guy has never had success at the big leagues and he will be our coach for the next 3 years.

Said it after Cal played Hawaii. The defense is small and slow. The Pac-12 is down, but I don't see more than 4 wins for this team, and that's if a lot of things go right. This team will not stop anybody all year. Texas will hang 50 on this raggedy bunch.

Because they don't recruit players and the coaches are being protected by Dykes so they have job security.

Plus, defense isn't important because you can outscore them by creating match-up problems.
That's the story and he's sticking to it.
