We have negative net rushing yards and more penalty yards than passing yards. no one is eating crow because half way through the season we have as many wins as all of 2016, just because we aren't scoring 60 and letting the other team score 61 or 59.
Our Defense is playing hard and with a lot of heart. Offense isn't giving them any chance.
Hope they play reserves early in the 2nd half. We don't need more injuries. I still think a bowl game is attainable in that we are capable of beating OSU, Arizona, Colorado, and Southern Branch.

Right. Bowers has about a second and a half to get rid of the ball, and pretty much every pass has to be thrown to a well-covered receiver because none of his (uninjured) receivers have the speed or quickness to get separation.

did they take to TO to get the returner back there? either way it's the first half, he can do whatever he wants.
Honestly pretty good attempt from 60 yards, and good job preventing any serious runback. That was one of our better plays of the half.
