Back spasms?
After doing nothing different, sleeping on my super fine mattress, two weeks ago I woke up with a BAD back spasm/cramp/I could hardly move for most of a week. Taking very strong pain meds, I have never had even a tweak in my back for 70 years!

Heating pad? bought one in case this spasm/cramp happens again. some muscle from mid back to upper thigh, but well in interior of body.

Rolling my eyes for a week...as no one had any clue what to do, did a lot of sleeping, reading, and NOT hardly moving at all.

Gone after about a week. Felt a slight tweak this morning.....but back spasms are very strange things.
