Even in football with how amazing the level of D has gotten, at the same time we had to deal with some horrific historical lows and dysfunction from the offensive coordinator. Just mere under-performance would have been OK. Such is Cal.

Well, at least he was smart enough to recognize that Cuonzo totally underutilized Ivan. Ivan lost a lot of money not leaving when Jaylen did when his stock was high. Cuonzo's mismanagement of Ivan during his second season made Rabb look bad and caused his stock to drop. Thank God Ivan is starting to come into his own now.

I have to laugh, because I sit across the court from where he was a dozen rows up. And we all heard the DEMAND THE BALL theatrics all the way over there. However, that's the type of fan that visiting teams detest - so good for us.

I would like for Shocky to come back, primarily for two reasons:

1) for his comedy routine about schools like Arizona and Oregon, and

2). So I can gloat about how wrong he was and how right I was about the draft prospects and nba potential of Kyle Kuzma.

Has he been banned? I hope he comes back too.

He was banned from Cal courtside because he interfered too much, as mentioned above. Sideline coaching, rushing the court, spreading false news (and often ugly news) about recruiting, or about recruits, calling himself an insider or the head of recruiting which confused many readers who he often PM'd, and basically inserting himself into areas where he wasn't welcome. It created confusion and a distraction large enough that he needed to be tamed, and he was.

He used his frustration that this board's mgmt also tried to get him to behave better as the reason for his departure. But think about it, did this board chase him away from Berkeley entirely? No.

In his last season here his youngest of 3 graduated hs. He said her dream school was USF, and he spent a lot of money trying to get her to like it here, possibly to get here admitted, too. But, apparently that didn't work because she ended up going to local ASU like her sibs. This was all discoverable via social media stalking, which I did.

Thus, between his kids, his coaching choice of Travis not getting hired, and his being excused by the Cal community, his time here had become exhausted. He packed it up and went home, where he belongs.

We can only hope that the same reality hit Donald Trump in the face, and that he does the same.
Calls to bring back the TOXIC voice that Shocky was are as irresponsible as voting for Trump, or smoking crack cocaine with a needle in your arm. Just say NO. It's not worth the temporary high.

Okay, I might have embellished a bit in paragraph 1, though I wouldn't doubt it from being entirely true. Paragraph 2 is a fair question. And Paragraph 3 is spot on so far as I could tell.

Thank god Shocky has not returned!!!

He made the board worth visiting. I have been SOMEWHAT MIA because this season has SUCKED to wallow through. Sockhy's porn stick made me sick and I told him that (a lot). But some of the other stuff - especially the Altman and Donut boy thing were gold. Lets face it, the one thing we don't have right now on the board is ANYONE trying to be funny and lighten what has been a VERY depressing slog.

He wasn't funny.
He was infuriating.

And I haven't forgotten the lesson of that fury.

Shocky definitely does not fit with this song.
