What you don't yet realize is that as dumb as Trump and his attorney are, they are still dumber than the marks who they are grifting. They are going to use this frivolous suit to raise money from morons and then will quietly dismiss the suit before discovery starts because they know what people like you don't. The last thing Trump wants is to sit for a deposition or have to answer discovery in this lawsuit. Unlike the Mueller investigation which he could obstruct as president, he can't obstruct a lawsuit that he brought. I hope that the defendants find a way to keep the lawsuit alive so that they can force Trump to take the 5th a thousand times and take him to town for failing to respond to discovery requests. He will likely end up handing over the money he grifted from his MAGA morons to pay the defendant's legal bills but on the bright side for him, he will just stiff his own attorney, per his usual course of dealing. I'm sure it will help her with her DUI practice so she'll do fine in the end.
