You mean the comic who became famous pretending to be a transvestite who runs a woefully corrupt nation.
That reminds me of the comically bad business man pretending to be a reality TV star who runs a woefully corrupt administration.

Which do you think Putin is?

If he takes Trump's deal which will concede the 4 oblasts and freeze Russian advances to roughly the current borders, he's a peacemaker. If he rejects it and proceeds to take Odessa, Kharkov and Dnipropetrovsk, he's a conqueror.

2014, what a year! I recall Biden pardoned some people all the way back from 2014!

I'll go with Jane Fonda: "Woke means you give a damn about other people."

Or, going woke means you think you care about other people but what you really care about is taking pride in the notion that you care more about other people than others.

There were 13 others, including Hungary. For what it is worth, I condemn the invasion.

If he keeps those parts of Ukraine he invaded, he's already a conqueror.

Fresh in from the There is Nothing New Under the Sun Department:

Hitler's stated reason for invading the Sudetenland was to protect the rights of the ethnic German population living there, claiming they were being oppressed by the Czechoslovakian government.

Yes. An invasion is an invasion. If you keep the territory you invaded, you are a conqueror.

With no consideration of the people who live on that territory? We like it when oppressed minorities secede, even intervening militarily to redraw maps, as in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, Sudan, Somalia, Syria (Kurds), but not when the Russians intervene at their borders on behalf of Russians?

So you are saying that all of this American interventionism was okay too? Do I have this right? You were cool with Iraq?

For the record, in some cases I agree with US intervention and in some cases I don't. The big difference, of course, is that the US never attempted to actually acquire any of that territory for itself.

Ukraine was part of Russia in the 18th century, and only became independent in 1991. Eastern Ukraine is culturally Russian.

Maybe next time don't attack your own citizens, and don't listen to Victoria Nuland, Boris Johnson and the C-A. FAFO. To the victors go the spoils.

Colonel McGregor claims Russia has two large military units, one near Kiev, ready to go, and Ukraine has no way of stopping them.

Many parts of the US were once parts of Mexico and are still "culturally Mexican" today. Still wouldn't make it right if Mexico tried to invade now.

It's pretty amazing how much you guys bend over backwards to defend what Putin does. Why bother?

You must be so PROUD that we are now part of the "Axis of Evil"
Russia, North Korea, and Iran.

Mexico's grasp on the West was beyond superficial. They couldn't defeat cowboys and Texas Rangers, and we've subsequently held it for 175 years straight.

Quinnipiac poll: 81% of Americans don't trust Putin

*Do Trump, Tucker, Tulsi, Col. MacGregor or Oliver Stone have a poll that shows the reverse of this?

Brilliant choice.

"Democrats in Congress receive lowest approval rating in Quinnipiac poll history

"A Quinnipiac poll shows Democratic approval in Congress at a historic low, with only 21% of voters approving. Meanwhile, Republican approval has reached a record high at 40%."

"...The same poll found that President Donald Trump's approval rating has slipped to 45%, ..."

Trump: 45%
GOP: 40%
Democrats: 21%

A few possible new items.

Colonel Douglass McGregor alleges:

- Zelensky is paid $11 Million a month; Z may allege some goes to his political and military leaders
- Russia has a large military unit sitting outside Kiev, and a second large unit elsewhere - "both ready to go, and Ukraine can't stop them"
- claims the Bank of England is on shaky ground
- asserts we could have a war with the cartels / Mexico ... and that the cartels run Mexico

President Trump recently alleged there are 1.5 Million dead from the Ukraine - Russia War. If we take that as a reasonable number, given the overwhelming artillery from Russia and coordinated use of drones (spotting), here are two estimates.

Ukraine - 1 million dead, Russia 500,000 dead
Ukraine - 1.2 million dead, Russia 300,000 dead

I think #2 is more reasonable, unless McGregor has been paid off for three years.
