I haven't yet processed the minerals deal and its implications. If it turns out to be a good thing, I'm not going to be against it just because Trump. On the surface, it looks like it would piss Putin off, but why would Trump all of a sudden do that?

Maybe it enables him to go to Putin and say he'll rip up the minerals deal if Putin agrees to a more generous peace.
