Really, it was Biden's fault that Putin decided to start a war? It was Biden's fault for the mess in Gaza? I did not know that he had that much power!

It's ridiculous to think a deal to end the war would be announced today. People are actually believing everything Trump says. Still, meeting with Putin is much better towards that end than not meeting with him.

Personally, I like my Presidents to be believable and truthful.

"People are actually believing
everything Trump says."

I'm pretty sure the majority of people disbelieve everything Trump says since it is common knowledge his default setting is "lie."

"Still, meeting with Putin is much better towards that end than not meeting with him."

The outcome of the meeting was absolutely predictable, therefore I am having trouble with the proposition it was better meeting with Putin than not meeting with him (at least under the circumstances: on U.S. soil, red carpet treatment, and having to suffer our nation being humiliated by Putin pandering to Trump and his supporters, like the children they are, by stating that the 2020 Election was rigged).

As Cal88 will be the first to tell you, Russia is crushing it right now in the Ukraine. Do you think Putin is going to lose that much blood and treasure, be on the front porch of victory, and make any meaningful concessions in a huckster dog and pony show?

Was it better for Neville Chamberlain to meet with Hitler than not meet with him? The outcome of that meeting was also predictable going into it……just like every meeting between Native Americans and the United States Government.

President Trump:

- was the only major leader talking peace
- opened up peace talks and negotiation
- has tried multiple different strategies for peace
- has to craft peace deals behind the backs of the CIA, NATO, Zelensky and EU - warpigs
- just held formalized peace talks face to face
- is presenting Zelenskys team a peace plan

Bearister: Ukraine unfortunately played a lrad role in our proxy war w Russia, its leaders simultaneously skimming 30-50% off the top. They went along w the fantasy, that Ukraine could 'weaken' Russia in NATOs desire to dismember Russia and loot her resouces. That a dozen years of preparation would be enough, even though neighboring EU countries had minimal stockpiles and equally minimalist armies.

A funny and telling exchange between Victor Orban and Tucker Carlson: when TC asked him if Ukraine had a chance in a military confrontation, Orban laughed in his face without hesitation.

Chump said he could end the Ukraine / Russian War in 24 hours.
You're terribly gullible.

He lied.

……..then Zelensky should go full Harry Da Sousa on him….

I would hope so and that is why the attempt to steal the midterm elections by erasing five representative seats in Texas won't go well for Republicans.. This craven attempt at erasing the will of the people will be met with the necessary response. The big Cheeto's attempt to steal the upcoming election will fail and his agenda will be stopped.

A competent president could have prevented the USA NATO proxy war in Ukraine. Absolutely. It's right there in the title: USA NATO proxy war.

Just wanna say that I absolutely love this tactic: change the name of the war to blame the USA for it and then blame it on the President.

Ukraine wasn't armed by Guatemala, and military advisors aren't there from Latvia. Do. The. Math.

BTW, same group - NATO / USA / CIA - made worldwide 'hegemony' a top goal after USSRs fall in 1991; and reportedly the same group, along with Globalists and Big Ag - salivate over dividing up Russia and all her wealth.

They're not doing this so they can take cold plunges in Siberia.

I guess landlocked and mineral deprived Europe also wants in on the game, and they could play fast and loose with environmental regulations in evil Russia.

My math is that one country chose to invade and take Ukraine's land twice and it was not any of the ones in NATO.

FAFO.

In reply to BearNIt

1. We exited arms agreements
2. We used Minsk I as a ruse
3. We used Minsk II as a ruse
4. We nixed the Istanbul Accord
5. We tried to assassinate candidate Trump
6. We stopped our Negotiator from talking w Ukraine
7. Ukraine assassinated their peace Negotiator
8. We have the goal of USA 'hegemony'
9. There has been talk that the EU / NATO / USA / Globalists goals are to break up and exploit Russia's vast mineral wealth ($75 Trillion+)

This argument always seems to boil down to "Russia just HAD to attack, no way to avoid it." As if they're an animal responding to stimuli and not a country with human leaders who make decisions. It was still a choice to start a war and try to take land. No one made that choice for Putin.

Everything Trump has put pen to paper to will revert. Legacy erased and relegated to minor footnote. No state funeral. Perhaps a mention in a display on the Red Planet.

I'm going to make this real easy for you. Anybody who has been convicted of election fraud or denying people their right to vote must go to prison and serve their entire sentence. Please let me know if you agree with this statement?

"Trump and his special envoy Steve Witkoff briefed Zelensky and several European leaders on Putin's positions last night on their flight back to Washington from Anchorage.

They said Putin had demanded that Ukraine cede two of the four regions to which Russia has laid claim (Donetsk and Luhansk), and freeze the front lines in the other two (Kherson and Zaporizhzhia).Russia controls nearly all of Luhansk, but only about three-quarters of Donetsk.

Between the lines: This proposal calls for significantly more territory to shift from Ukrainian to Russian control than vice versa. Moscow might argue that is reasonable, since Russia has the upper hand militarily. But Ukraine would almost certainly reject it.

Putin also requested that the U.S. recognize Russia's sovereignty in the parts of Ukraine it would gain under a peace deal, according to the source."
