From what I can tell, it was Putin who first brought up this "attack" in his call with Trump. So if it's propaganda, whose propaganda is it?

Someone needs to show me the evidence that Putin's home was attacked by the Ukrainians, because I don't trust it just on his say-so. I have video of Putin's army attacking civilian homes in Kiev.

There was propaganda about Saddam having been part of 9/11, for instance Dick Cheney repeatedly cited fabricated intelligence reports alleging meetings between a 9/11 hijacker and an Iraqi intelligence officer in Prague. There were also plenty of innuendo and manipulation of public opinion by people like Condi Rice (see above).

There is similar propaganda about the Russians and the Ukraine war, driving public opinion towards feeding this war.
