I don't want to misinterpret what you are saying, so can you please clarify what you mean when you say "This country is changing racially too fast"?
Do you mean "changing racially too fast" for Tucker Swanson McNear Carlson or Stephen Miller?

By the way, I went to change my avatar to a trump photo from the Concord aerial i had for years and someone at BI denied it saying political commentary was not allowed for avatars.
Funny you were able. Someone else on duty at the time.

Governor Doug Burgum asked on MTP in July, 2023 whether he would do business with tRump:
"I don't think so," Burgum responded. Asked why, he said, "I just think that it's important that you're judged by the company you keep."

*They say Boebert can be quite handy in the courtroom.

Thanks for the clarification about this country racially changing -- which is certainly true.
As an aside, when I got my degree in 1983, there was only one other Latino graduating with me in Math. Whenever I get back on campus, I hope to attend a few classes and hopefully see a few more Latinos ....
My avatar was perhaps allowed because it shows a criminal in an orange jump suit.

Anyways, in the student store, I saw mostly only Asians. Everyone wearing robes from a graduation ceremony. The place was packed. I was surprised so looked it up. This is what ChatGPT said, though we are far from 100%, so…
Here's a breakdown based on the most recent data available:
Asian: 29.9%
White: 23.9%
Hispanic or Latino: 17%
Two or More Races: 5.35%
Black or African American: 2.53%
American Indian or Alaska Native: 0.149%
Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islanders: 0.133%

Fascinating that you as a Bearister have this opinion.
To this layman, "Beyond a reasonable doubt" does not mean "Beyond any doubt".
Do you really believe this case hasn't been proven "Beyond a reasonable doubt" when Michael Cohen is only a corroborating witness?
Don't worry, the Top Dog or Mission Burrito is still on me, win or lose ....
Edit: Or, perhaps you are implying that even if "proven", there is enough doubt for one juror to say "I don't know if 'The Boss' is guilty". Shadowing John Gotti?

tRump worships the mob and the mob template. John Gotti and his son knew how to get mistrials. You only have to intimidate one juror…..but tRump may not even have to resort to that tactic. Millions of Americans support him. I find it hard to believe there isn't at least one juror that didn't start that trial on Day 1 knowing that there was no way they were going to convict tRump of anything when the stakes are so high in the election: Good vs Evil.
Yes, the case has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt….but some jurors that want to feel good about themselves and pretend they are not engaging in jury nullification, interpret any doubt as reasonable, even the fantasy, not based on the evidence, unbelievable "doubt" created by defense counsel.
Other jurors are never going to convict, regardless of the evidence and applicable law (I.e. secret MAGAs).
Finally, some jurors, and their family members are addicted to oxygen and thus refusing to vote guilty seems like a good move.

O.J. got off because of jury nullification resulting from years of built up resentment caused by systemic abuse by the LAPD. Everyone knew he was guilty, and Furman provided the perfect excuse. Do I think the LAPD tried to make a solid case even better with unethical conduct? Yep. Do I think O.J. was guilty, yep, just like every member of his Dream Team did.
Do you think that the Dream Team ever convinced Robert Kardashian that his buddy was innocent?

You can do this type of stuff with Biden without actually having to make it up.

I don't think the dream team convinced anyone. One of the jurors said in a documentary, "This was payback for Rodney King.".
