Glad you finally properly identify the No Kings Protestors for what they are.

I know a lot of people who attended the protests and for the most part they are decent people with good jobs and families. There's no need to insult these folks.

I found a picture of them at the "protest."

You know how you folks complain about how Democrats are constantly looking down on rural voters or poor white voters or whatever? This is that, from the other side. Unbelievably smug.

You were already looking down on those people in your post.

No I really was not, but the fact that you think so says everything about your mentality. Useless person.

There's zero reason to mention that your brave "protester" friends have good jobs without implying that those who don't have good jobs are "less than."

Trust me friendo, you're not clever and you're terrible at hiding your biases.

It's more like 5 to 10 years than 25 years, Gao is wrong. Countries like Australia and Canada that have a lot of minerals have a lot of expertise in mining technology, they won't need 25 years to catch up with China if they have the proper resources and policies in place.

We supposedly have deposits in the Artic National Refuge ready to be tapped.

California could exploit the Salton Sea, but it will take decades.

There is an official process for the President to declassify classified docs and it isn't waving your hand and farting into the wind like the big Cheeto seems to believe that's the proper procedure. He had classified documents and to say otherwise is not a serious statement .

Does the big Cheeto not realize he did the same thing that Bolton is accused of with the storing of classified documents with the highest classification in a country club bathroom? Is the irony not blaring an air siren for everyone to hear and see?

Thank you for confirming that leftists don't have the ability to recognize differences between illegal vs legal immigrants, men vs. women, and someone with authorization to declassify classified documents like the President of the United States and John Bolton.

Attacking me won't change the fact that there is an official procedure to declassify classified documents which in this case were found in boxes with the highest classification designation placed on the classified documents. Your assertion that POTUS doesn't have to follow the official procedure e to declassify classified documents is wrong.

Michelle Goldberg: " A similar giddy nihilism has long surrounded the president and his devotees, who often treat his unlikely ascension as a world-historical feat of trolling"

Lots of seriously giddy trumpsters just on this board alone. Getting super excited about national guard visits Portlandia. Can't contain their excitement!

Safe streets, safe women and children, dangerous felons, drug dealers, and drug users (aka homeless) off public streets. Sounds pretty basic.

San Francisco has over 600 fentanyl deaths per year. Major cities have areas that look like dystopia zombielands with people twisted like emaciated pretzels. Depraved, sick.

The thing that keeps getting lost in this discussion is that all Trump had to do was give the documents back once he was asked. Then there would probably have been no prosecution (as for Biden and Pence). The fact that he didn't is what triggered the raid.

He did. Attorneys had ongoing discussions.

The alternate inside baseball view is that the DOJ / FBI feared Trump had evidence of their Russiagate hoax illegal activities, and wanted to throw a bag over it.

That was my original thought, just give them back, but because he is a broken and flawed person he just couldn't do it. He decided that the classified documents were his, like a petulant two-year old would. He refused to give them back and then attempted to move and coverup what is a federal crime. The coverup was so comical the feds had insiders who would testify so he got himself a judge who would run legal interference. Things were so bad Cannon got the equivalent of a ***** slap from the 11th circuit.
