While this is hardly narrowed to what the Navy said, of course cartels transport drugs by sea.

It may be warranted.
And now that the presence of our Navy is announced, alternative routes will be secured.

Don't get me wrong, the $20 mil to figure out how to talk to young men is genius, but all we really need to do is let Trump become less popular again and nominate non-crazy candidates in order to win the mid-terms, then it's all over.

The most reasonable guess, especially given the relative lack of confrontation, is that it's a false flag to support the Trump narrative. It's good that Benny is becoming cynical of our wannabe strong man.
