So TR is also out for a buck to feed himself, his family, and pay his lawyers. Paid by a western group, not the CCP or Ukrainian nazis.

If the Mullahs were pushed out, couldn't Iran become a peaceful, tolerant, free country? Wouldn't people actually stay, and maybe some even return?

Fog of War. President Trump 1.0 started no new wars, but he wasn't against eviscerating ISIS or dropping bombs down an alleged rathole.

Maybe he's going to drop bunker buster bombs on the German-designed underground installations, hit a dozen or two other military targets, and call it a night? No army, no invasion, no rebuilding Iran.

Have Iran's launch capabilities been substantially reduced?

If Russia stays put, which is possible, will Turkey or China jump in?

President Trump's post from June 14th at 3:01 PM appears to be Trump keeping Putin in the loop on Iran-Israel.

Also note his recent positive comments at the G7 in support of Russia.

Something the Autopen, Jake Sullivan, and Anthony Blinken could never fathom.

The Kool-Aid continues to run DEEP with the MAGAts.
They must have switched to the neo-con flavor.

MAGA FOR MORONS!

Trump repeatedly campaigned on Iran not having nuclear weapons. No one said anything at the time because most of the country, including Democrats, believe Iran shouldn't have a nuclear weapon.

The influencer magats currently complaining about Trump because of Iran will mostly go back to him. They have no relevance without Trump. They apparently didn't realize fascists can be both pro peace and pro war. That is not a contradiction because the reality is you support whatever Dear Leader says and does.

JD Vance is right, whether you agree or disagree, Trump has been consistent with his view on Iran not obtaining a nuclear weapon.
Vance only has to post this because he knows Trump's own fans are angry about the possibility of another foreign war.

Everyone is posting about Iran on X right now.
Huge amount of botting going on right now to drive opinion both ways, tbh I'd say avoid using X right now for anything related to Iran/Israel.

Contrary to the overly-inflated hype by Movieclown, IRAN might have only 700 - 800 ballistic missiles left.

"Israeli military data and expert analysis say Iran has fired about 700 of its medium-range ballistic missiles (MRBM) at Israel over the past 14 months, leaving it with anything between 300 to 1,300 left in its stockpile.

This remaining arsenal is subject to Israel's fierce air assault of the past five days, with the IDF saying it has targeted at least a third of the surface-to-surface launchers that fire MRBMs, possibly further reducing Iran's ability to strike back at Israel."

Yes, that was the story on CNN that I saw.

And for those that suffer from poor reading comprehension like our school Mascot, the article also went on to highlight Dr. Eyal Pinko, a retired Israeli naval intelligence officer who offered this assessment:

Ben Taleblu suggested this might leave Iran with 1,300 MRBMs. Other estimates were more pessimistic. Dr. Eyal Pinko, a retired Israeli naval intelligence officer, now a senior research fellow at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies, said:

"Taking into consideration that they fired around 400 to 500 in the last four days and Israel destroyed some of the arsenal of what they had, I believe they have now 800 to 700."

"The targets appear to indicate an expansion of Israel's war aims… By striking Iranian industry and infrastructure, Israel is aiming to degrade the Iranian state, further damage the country's already-reeling economy, and possibly trigger regime change, according to analysts and former officials."

Richard Nephew, a former State Department and White House official, told the Washington Post, "It sure does feel like this is a regime change ending, rather than taking out the nuclear program." He added, "Israel may have decided that the best way to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon was to topple the Iranian regime."

I was not duped, given that he has received $200 million from the Adelsons. I did not vote for him.

The irony here is that you support Trump's policy of attacking Iran, your worldview being shaped by WSJ editorials and other neocon outlets.

You're so lost when it comes to my world "views".
You really are.

Leave it to you to think that Peggy Noonan is a neocon amongst all the other "hardline" Conservatives in the WSJ.

You might want to actually READ the Opinion Section of the WSJ before you speak about it.
People like Kimberly Strassel who I have zero in common with.
But you wouldnt know that because you dont read the WSJ.

Opinion & Reviews - Wall Street Journal - WSJ.com

While the USS Nimitz takes a few days to get into position, the Orange Man has some critical time to explore a DIPLOMATIC solution before what (most believe) is an imminent air strike by B2 Spirit bombers on a nuclear facility using a MOP (that has never been used before).

Not much room for diplomacy given "UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER"

Iran reportedly fired on @30 missiles last night. If any landed, no casualties. Their volume of fired missiles has pretty consistently decreased each day.

In the face of seemingly diminished military capacities the Ayatollah continues his blustery talk.

Just a point of context . . .

The Ayatollah brought all of this on himself when IRAN conducted two direct attacks on Israel last October.

And he's lead Iranians to be destitute for 4 decades.

Classic BoomerCon talking point, these attacks were in retaliation for several major assassinations of Iranian high officials and bombings of Iranian territory, including their embassies.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/October_2024_Iranian_strikes_on_Israel#Previous_attacks_inside_Iran_and_Israel

If someone did this to Israel, they would have reacted far more violently, the Iranian responses have always been measured and they have proven to be pragmatic policy makers, if only because they do not have escalatory dominance.

In an attrition war between Israeli defense interceptors and Iranian missiles, the latter would win. The question is whether Israel (and the USAF?) can attrit Iranian missile stocks and launches enough to alter that calculus.

Also, I wouldn't take reports from either side at face value.
