If we are talking about the US achieving objectives in this war, then "less open Hormuz Strait" isn't really a thing to crow about.

4 ships passing thru vs 120 - 140 is not something that I would "crow" about.
Sounds like a "stranglehold" to me.

And it took Trump and Hegseth 6 MONTHS to get to this point?

I would count it as a win at this point but not an overall win to the entire situation. I also wouldn't tout this as an achieved goal but it's basically a done deal. All that's left is time.
