I'm looking past the next year or two. Most likely, 5-10 years from now, we'll mend our fences with Canada. Tariffs will be consigned to the trash heap of history and suddenly a trading partner just across the border from Vancouver will look more desirable than transporting oil by ship to other parts of the world.

Canada won't be able to make it 5-10 years without the pipelines running through the US.

and we would have accomplished exactly what? Bringing our fierce enemy to its knees? What you are suggesting is actually the more pipe dreamy.

We've only averaged 68,000 jobs per month thru September.
This is better than last year, but still below pre-pandemic job growth.

Meanwhile, July got revised from +21,000 to -10,000
And August got revised down from 162,000 to 133,000

September had been expected to show 90,000 NFP jobs

Without the Ai buildout, this economy would really be in the crapper.
