Exactly - this is just elno filing a frivolous lawsuit that will go nowhere, like the vast majority of Trump's lawsuits.

The story, which X has admitted, is that it ran ads on nazi accounts (maybe because elno enjoys seeing ads while be browses twitter?).

Twitter admitted that the pro-nazi post that was seen with an IBM ad was seen by over 8,000 people. This wasn't MMFA's doing, they just shed light on the issue, which Twitter has admitted is a problem and that they need to address.

What makes this hilarious is that Minot pretends he likes elno because of free speech, but this is a pretty perfect example of elno limiting speech he doesn't like.

The reality is that you are more likely to get shut down on twitter for criticizing elno than you are for being a nazi. Is that what conservatives mean when they say they are for free speech?

Meanwhile, as conservatives continue to pearl clutch over businesses not wanting their products to be advertised along side pro-nazi content, Univision refusing Biden campaign ads at the request of El Gordo. And nary a peep from these free speech conservatives. I guess they are too coming up with a defense for Trump calling people who don't vote for him vermin while still pretending that being called deplorables was beyond the pale.

In reality, he's been hostile to critics of his and Tesla and this has been shown time and time again. This goes far beyond the kid who was posting public info about his private planes and has extended to numerous other examples.

Elno likes to talk about free speech generally, but what he really means is that he believes in free speech only insofar as he can use it to protect himself. For example, he will try to use it to be a shield from the consequences of carelessly falling for right wing conspiracy theories and ruining people's lives (see recent example here) but strangely he doesn't think about free speech at all when trying to shut down opposing points of view. Even when he acknowledges that those views he doesn't like are based in fact, as is the case here. His ridiculous frivolous lawsuit concedes that MMFA's position is based on truth, but it's a truth that Elno would prefer not be known.
