After hearing the whistleblower at FEMA, we can get rid of them too. Just give the money directly to the states that need it for their disasters. FEMA is such a redundant joke, all they do is write checks. They don't have people that go to disaster areas, they hire outside contractors to go. That's why people have been complaining about not seeing FEMA reps at the disaster sites . She said there is nobody to complain to there.
