Fair enough. Take a little while longer and enjoy your time. I guess I can go back into hibernation for a couple more weeks, watching old videos of Drag Queen Story Hour. Who knows, I might think up a few more genders by Valentines Day!

There's a big flurry of executive orders coming out right now, as was to be expected. A fair amount won't wind up actually doing anything, though a few will. They'll also have to staff up where necessary.

Then we'll face the reality where they have very narrow majorities in Congress and will find it very difficult to pass anything permanent, and the actions the Trump Administration does take will start to have consequences that will be owned by them. Then we'll see how everyone is feeling.

If people engage in criminal activity, fine. But even student visa holders have 1st Amendment rights of expression / belief.

Colonel McGregor hasn't been "in our army" for over 20 years now. My Dad is has been out of the Navy for 50 years. Is he still in our Navy?

Why don't you ask the author whose work is being misrepresented by the publisher/editor of the Times? He's right there on Twitter for you to contact, no?

The argument would be if he blocks or delays the distribution of vaccines, or tries to dissuade people from giving them to their kids (like he did in Samoa), that would cause a lot of unnecessary death.
