They have to re-qualify yearly. But the qualification I don't think checks citizenship status, so it's a pointless exercise. They are finding people that are in snap benefits in 5 diff states. That only happens because there is virtually no actual vetting.

So let's get this straight:

- Nancy Pelosi denied National Guard for J6
- local DC LEO denied extra security
- Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund requests for National Guard were denied for hours by the House and Senate Sergeants-at-Arms
- intelligence on the groups planning to disrupt J6 withheld from Steven Sund
- the FBI had 270-odd individuals undercover at J6
- Ray Epps / bullhorn man, leader who urged bystanders to enter the Capitol (and identified as a "Fed"), originally an FBI Most Wanted; then scrubbed; then slap on the wrist punishment; ex Military
- then US Capitol Police Officer and now C-A employee Shauni Kerkhoff allegedly planted the J6 pipe bombs (The Blaze)
- J6 Committee destroyed the 'evidence' they gathered
- tens of thousands of hours videotape of J6 events were withheld from the defendants and the public
