One of the posting rules is no personal attacks, but I don't think it's a "personal attack" to question whether you deserved to go to Cal. BTW, yes, this is the first time I've made it clear that since there is no reason to censor my posts, I will (very regretfully because I loved participating) be gone -- until the deleted content is restored.

These states always do these programs that sound good, feed the homeless, help the autistic children, etc. They give the money to NGOs (usually ran by friends of the politician) and there is ZERO oversight from the state. The politician gets kickbacks and the money gets essentially stolen by the people that ran the NGOs.

I wouldn't volunteer my child for military service in general but those individuals all made a choice to join the military. If my children make that same choice one day, you can be damned sure I will support them to the fullest extent possible. I am grateful and appreciate the sacrifices our military members make to keep me and my family safe at home. It's an honor to be able to support them fully and praise them for their service.

Do I support a war in Nigeria, of course not. Can I accept and understand if small amounts of troops were sent there to back up and support the Nigerian army, yes.
