Tyler Boebert is facing charges of:

• Sexual exploitation of a child - induce/entice
• Sexual exploitation of a child - possession with intent
• Sexual exploitation of a child - video
• Two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor

The GCSO says the case remains under investigation.

In a separate case, Tyler Boebert was arrested in February 2024 in connection with a prior investigation into property theft and vehicle trespass.

Tyler faces three sexual exploitation charges -- including allegations involving inducement or enticement, possession with intent and video -- along with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

It looks like there's morally questionable actions there. 21 year olds shouldn't be engaged in sexual activities with underaged girls (or boys).

Yes, the law is very clear here.

It's surprising that there are people who think of themselves as "conservatives" who don't have an issue with what Tyler Boebert did. I believe he was 18 at the time when he contributed to the delinquency of a minor.

If that minor was your daughter, would they really be "ok" with what transpired here if it was kept "private"?

He was 18, like you just said, and she was 17. I would be upset with my daughter for allowing herself to be videotaped having sex and also upset with the boy. However, I wouldn't characterize this engagement like an ignorant fool.

An 18 yr old and a 17 yr old is way different than, say, a 25 yr old and a 15 yr old. Heck, seniors in high school, spring semester, half of them are 18 and half are 17 (approx).

Seniors in high school span those two ages. This happens literally everyday, many times, across the country.
