Yoon Talks Recruiting Visits, Decision Timeline

One of the top offensive linemen on Cal’s 2022 recruiting board is 6-5/290 Loyola (Los Angeles, CA) High School OT Sam Yoon‍.

Prior to being discovered by Cal OL coach Angus McClure while attending an event his son Malcolm - a junior linebacker from Bishop Manogue in Reno - participated in, as well where Yoon dominated. He quickly pulled in a Cal offer and UCLA and Colorado soon followed after he was primarily being recruited by Ivy League programs with his stellar 4.65 gpa.
